Global studio working across multiple sectors seeking a sector leader for their thriving Retirement Living pipeline 

This is a genuine leadership opportunity. Join a global team with an established reputation and ambitions for growth. A National role suitable for an architect with a combination of design, leadership and new business skills. Must have passion for raising the quality of retirement living environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in this sector
  • Undertake a range of business development activities in collaboration with the leadership group including the regional business development manager
  • Develop thought leadership for sector including potentially research, travel and conference attendance
  • Take a leadership role across sector fees, bids, EOIs and design competitions
  • Ensure design quality across all relevant projects
  • Manage resources and programmes to ensure profitability against fees
  • Grow and lead the sector team to achieve the desired culture, capability and quality

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience including local experience on aged care/ retirement living projects
  • An understanding of the design codes relating to the sector
  • An established network within this sector
  • High level communication and presentation skills
  • Robust professional experience
