An opportunity has come about for a capable Project Administrator to come on board and manage overall project coordination.  The successful Administrator will have experience in the Architecture/ Design industry, previous experience in a similar role, and a logical and process-driven approach. Taking ownership of key processes, and make your mark with a renowned practice that has a global reach!

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a Project Quality Plan
  • Manage administration tasks, including diaries, communications and travel bookings
  • Develop a filing protocol and ensure documents are filed correctly and accessible
  • Track changes to the project brief, record variations and assist with fee calculations
  • Work closely with the finance department to assist with cash flow monitoring, resourcing forecasting and fee proposals
  • Support workshops and taking ownership of processes, including timesheets, expenses and financials

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of the Architecture or Design industry
  • Previous experience in an administration position
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Extensive experience in MS Office, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
  • Organised, logical and process-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
