About this role

The Intermediate Architectural Designer with be involved with every aspect of the design process with clients, consultants, and contractors. At all levels they will be directly involved, and working in collaboration with senior staff in order to prepare flawless construction document sets. The office emphasizes a non-hierarchical working culture where every team member is a contributor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts and construction documents
  • Guide projects from start to finish, including FF&E specifications
  • Work with a office teaem and collaborate with consultants and contractors
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects and maintain progress in several areas simultaneously

Skills and Experience

  • 5-7 years of post-graduate experience
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture or interior design
  • Experience in Revit required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with project team members, clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to produce presentation materials for client and agency presentations and meet deadlines
