Office Manager

Busy, boutique NYC interior design studio seeks an all-rounder to manage the administration side of the business

About this role


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office and principal's calendars, travel and meetings
  • Ensure effective office management including ordering office supplies, managing office equipment such as copier/fax and plotter, ordering paper, filling machines
  • Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and the materials library
  • Supporting the accounting side of the business with invoicing 
  • Managing human resources aspects such as hiring and onboarding
  • Supporting the production of proposals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Skilled in graphic layout including use of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Proficiency using MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of design and/or architecture preferred
