Key Responsibilities

  • Support one of the Directors (at Associate/Senior Associate level)
  • Lead major projects through all phases
  • Ensure projects are resourced adequately, briefs are fulfilled, design intent is maintained and project programs are hit
  • Represent the company at external user group meetings and workshops
  • Undertake fee analysis, project planning and scoping
  • Operate at a high level alongside senior project leaders
  • Mentor junior staff

Skills & Experience

  • Masters Degree in Architecture
  • ARBV Registered (or similar equivalent elsewhere in Australia)
  • Leadership experience on large-scale, complex projects of $100m+
  • Experience in all project phases, ideally within the Commercial sector with Tier 1 clients
  • Ability to excel in a role with many stakeholders, consultants and a large internal team
  • Ability to run several project teams concurrently
  • Detailed design and construction knowledge
  • Revit competency (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respectfully influence outcomes and handle pressure situations
  • Effective time-management skills
