About this role

An award winning architectural, engineering, and planning firm seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and Business Developers to develop, coordinate and support the proposal and process.


  • Write, edit, prepare and review final proposals on time with limited supervision for submission including quality assurance checks for company format, spelling, and client standards
  • Analyze, respond and distribute client requests to appropriate division across departments and locations
  • Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager coordinate, budgets, and tracks events, conferences, and sponsorships with internal, external, and venue teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the marketing team, participating in weekly meetings, sharing ideas and being a resource for team members as necessary
  • In conjunction with marketing team develop and share a content library and industry information
  • Develop, share, and execute schedules, budgets, targets, and approvals for marketing manager and relevant teams
  • Write, edit, and share project summaries and other supporting materials
  • Coordinate, schedule, budget and oversee project photography events with internal and external teams. Followed by editing, filing, and distribution of all materials acquired from photography session


  • A degree in marketing, literature, communications, or mass media from an accredited university
  • At least 3-5 years of experience post-graduation working in the architecture, engineering, or design industry
  • Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and DeltekVision; Salesforce experience a plus
  • Be an effective communicator who can work without supervision on a complex array of projects
