This highly regarded Architectural and Design Firm is currently seeking a Senior Health Architect to join their dynamic team. Known for their significant presence around New Zealand and their enviable pipeline of work, this company takes pride in delivering innovative projects across residential, mixed-use, commercial, cultural and hospitality sectors. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce concept designs
  • Oversee documentation stages
  • Lead a small team of Junior Architects
  • Liaise with clients and consultants
  • Cut across various Health projects for the studio
  • Will report to the sector leader
  • Be responsible for leading various stages of the project cycle

 

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture
  • Software proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
  • High attention to detail
  • Management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on concept design, design development, and CC documentation

Bio: Hazel graduated with a First Class Hons in Textile Design from Trent. Her work was spotted at Islington Design fair and she then worked for a bespoke design studio in London before travelling the world. She moved into construction recruitment in the UAE after working with the likes of HOK, Peter Marino and Jestico & Whiles on stunning hotel schemes. Hazel then moved back to the UK to focus on architecture recruitment for the next four years and has spent the last two years turning a small start-up firm into a 1.2 million turnover business. She is very much a hands-on designer and recently designed and made a dress for Katy Perry.
