About this role

An award-winning practice based centrally are on the search for a talented Architect to work across their team of 20. They currently have a gap for a dynamic ambitious Architect to run one of a few housing schemes that have been recently signed off. You will be an excellent designer but also be able to deliver a large complex building. This is a friendly team that all get their hands dirty and chip in where needs be. You will be managing a team of juniors and leading by example. With a national presence, you can expect a varied portfolio of works across commercial, education, retail and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

To run one of 3 new projects.
To manage a small team whilst reporting to directors

Skills and Experience

Qualified Part III
Knowledge of planning process - London and nationwide.
Proficiency in Revit
Demonstration of a portfolio showing an understanding of large housing schemes.
