About this role

This national, family-run business designs and locally manufactures beautifully-crafted pieces of furniture and bathroom furniture. Working with private high-end residential clients through to large corporations, the design team works closely with leading interior designers to offer bespoke, luxury bathroom solutions that are also sold exclusively through a national store network. The group prides themselves on both the craftmanship of their products and their exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Process bathroom furniture quotes and orders for residential and commercial projects
  • Undertake Account Management
  • Liaise with stores on design and customization
  • Provide bathroom product solutions to suit individual projects 
  • Train and present new collections to national store network  
  • Liaise closely with production and logistics team
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Partake in some aspects of showroom sales
  • Analyse sales results and identify growth opportunities  

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in high-end furniture/ bathroom sales, or the furniture industry
  • Understanding of the residential/commercial construction process
  • Design, sales and construction experience with bathroom furniture
  • Strong sales track record, with proven results
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, and efficiency
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Solutions-oriented and positive approach

Bio: Courtenay gained his Diploma in Hospitality and Business Management in Adelaide, South Australia, and shortly after relocated to the Gold Coast in Queensland where he has worked for over 15 years in the Events and Hospitality Industry. In 2013 Courtenay relocated to Melbourne where he became an Architecture Design Sales Consultant, working with some of Melbourne's award-winning studios and practices. Courtenay brings with him an expansive industry knowledge to assist Bespoke Melbourne in sourcing and supporting top talent for the industry.
