About this role

Two highly driven and pioneering Directors are seeking an intelligent, ambitious, high energy executive assistant to provide the support they need to lead the company. There is scope to really make your mark in this established, but growing business, by implementing new and improving existing processes across all facets of operations and administration.This practice works across a wide variety of architectural projects, including education, community, hospitality and commercial and are actively involved in the sider design industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the needs of the team and the two directors in all aspects of the office
  • Diary and workflow management with a focus on diary management, travel, organisation of approvals and the provision of solid administrative secretarial support 
  • Undertake ongoing small office projects 
  • Assesses incoming phone calls and correspondence and redirecting as appropriate
  • Executing and planning events with the administrative team
  • Running team meetings and management of meeting notes/minutes
  • Internal CPD coordination with team leads and managing recording of seminars/sessions
  • Travel booking and coordination
  • Event organisation
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA working for a senior executive professional/manager is essential
  • Experience in the architecture and design industry
  • Being the right hand of a busy professional comes naturally to you and you are always ten steps ahead by your thorough organisation, planning and action
  • Pro-active by nature and display a high level of initiative
  • You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality in dealing with personal information and matters
  • You strive for excellence and are committed to maintaining efficient and effective procedures
  • A high level of time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks at one time
  • A high level of numeracy skills and attention to detail
