Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit and produce EOI's, submissions, tenders and fee proposals
  • Work closely with the Directors and Architects
  • Manage the Award entry process
  • Seek out tender and new business opportunities
  • Lead a small team of support staff

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Solid experience in a communications, marketing or submissions role
  • Experience within the architecture/design industry essential
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite ( In Design, Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Ability to write thoughtfully and creatively to clearly convey value proposition 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and competency in building rapport
  • Proactive approach with strong time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
