About this role


This boutique architecture studio works across a range of sectors including private residential, multi-res, commercial, education, industrial and mixed-use projects. Their design is driven by a devotion to natural materials, light and space and sustainability. Join an expanding team, work on a great range of projects, and be guided by available Directors. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on complex local and national projects, both small to large-scale
  • Work up towards leading projects and working across a range of sectors including mixed-use, multi-res, commercial and public projects
  • Manage client and consultant coordination
  • Engage in SK, TP and technical construction documentation onwards, including contract admin through to completion
  • Mentor junior team members

Skills & Experience

  • Masters Degree qualification in Architecture
  • Min 6 years experience, including private residential, multi-res, mixed-use or industrial sectors
  • Experience across all phases, from concept to completion
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp & ideally Revit
  • Documentation and detailing experience in the Australian industry
  • Proactive approach with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively 
  • Strong communication skills

Bio: Having obtained a Masters in architecture at the University of Melbourne and working in practice at Peddle Thorp Architects for over five years, Bianca has extensive knowledge of both architecture and the local market in Melbourne. Looking for a change but wanting to continue utilising her expertise, she joined Bespoke Careers in 2013, initially recruiting and resourcing within the architecture team. Bianca spent some time working in our London office in 2018 recruiting for interior designers and urban/landscape architects gaining a global approach. She is now a Principal in the Melbourne office managing permanent architecture positions.
