About this role

Calling for Architects to work with this multidisciplinary design firm to lead project design phases of small to medium sized projects or a section of a large project from concept design to the construction phases. Deliver world-class design solutions to projects of varying scale and complexity, both local and international.

Key responsibilities

  • Be part of an collaborative team delivering high quality projects
  • Work closely with external consultants and contractors
  • Work in Revit on the production of drawing packages, detailing and delivery
  • Maintain professionalism through your actions
  • Participate in entire projects from design to concept design to the construction phases of a variety of projects

Skills and experience

  • Proficiency BIM/Revit
  • Experience using Adobe Creative to prepare client presentations
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills
  • Ability to develop design to detailed models/drawings
  • Good knowledge of Australian construction standards, controls & regulations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about property development, architecture and the building industry
  • Good experience with Quality Assurance and project management
  • Ability to liaise with clients and consultants
  • Relevant qualifications in Architecture
  • Experience in Multi-Residential, Aged-Care, Civic, Commercial/mixed-use, Hospitality, and/or Retail projects
