Key Responsibilities

  • Run projects and drive the design process for public, cultural, recreational and education project typologies as well as on an Urban and Masterplanning scale
  • Take projects through from briefing to handover, with a hands-on approach in ArchiCAD
  • Consult at a high-level with clients, consultants and contractors

Skills & Experience

  • Masters Degree in Architecture
  • Min 6+ years’ experience, ideally in Public and Education sectors
  • Experience on complex projects that display an innate sense of materiality (demonstrated in portfolio)
  • Excellent hands-on ArchiCAD proficiency and knowledge
  • Previous project leading and team management experience (preferable)
  • Strong design sensibility, with front-end skills and the ability to drive design processes
  • Ability to communicate clearly and to multiple demographics

Bio: Having obtained a Masters in architecture at the University of Melbourne and working in practice at Peddle Thorp Architects for over five years, Bianca has extensive knowledge of both architecture and the local market in Melbourne. Looking for a change but wanting to continue utilising her expertise, she joined Bespoke Careers in 2013, initially recruiting and resourcing within the architecture team. Bianca spent some time working in our London office in 2018 recruiting for interior designers and urban/landscape architects gaining a global approach. She is now a Principal in the Melbourne office managing permanent architecture positions.
