This celebrated Design practice are leaders in their field and deliver high-profile and high-quality projects in multiple sectors. Seeking a talented individual to work on high-end residential projects, you will be working across the whole design process; from conceptual phases through to documentation. Revit skills are essential along with a portfolio of previous work which demonstrates a refined design aesthetic and detailed technical drawings. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Design leaders and project team
  • End-to-end role, work on projects from concept through to site 
  • Plan documentation programs, manage team activities and monitor their progress
  • Manage the project delivery process and work closely with architects, PMs and tradespeople to ensure design intent is achieved
  • Attend meetings and presentations with high-end clientele and Directors
  • Prepare DD, contract and detail documentation
  • Demonstrate capability to lead projects through project coordination and management
  • Manage multiple projects at a time 

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Min. 6+ years of post graduate industry experience, ideally on private resi projects
  • Solid AutoCAD/Revit proficiency
  • High-end, luxury private residential experience is a MUST
  • Strong eye for design and complex detailing 
  • Technical documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Motivated, positive and open approach
