Working with the Communications team, this role will ensure a high level of quality internal and external stakeholder engagement is delivered in a timely manner. It requires a team player with strong interpersonal skills and an organised approach to tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience adhering to and applying branding to content when creating communications collateral 
  • Understanding key stakeholder engagement and the necessity of timely, accurate but engaging communications to both internal and external publics
  • Assist the business support teams, marketing, submissions and internal communications
  • Manage filing of media and project information, and upload content on the website and social media 
  • Assemble capability statements and fee proposals for Submissions Manager and prepare presentations with Graphic Designers


Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of the built environment will be highly regarded
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • High-level attention to detail, time management and initiative to plan ahead
  • Agile and solutions-focused when faced with a challenge
  • Contributes to the work environment with a positive, team-focused attitude
