Key Responsibilities

  • Being involved in projects from start to end, mainly focusing on Rail, Infrastructure projects
  • Working closely to a Senior Architect in a 2ic capacity, whilst still hand-on in the project work
  • Strong involvement across all phases from design through to technical delivery
  • Work in a hands-on capacity in Revit in producing and reviewing drawings
  • Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure project milestones are met
  • Work in a team environment whilst taking on a great level of responsibility

Skills & Experience

  • Masters Degree in Architecture or Technician degree
  • Min 6+ years post-grad local experience 
  • Experience in Rail (MTM experience ideal) and/or other Infrastructure (desirable)
  • Revit proficiency essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

Looking for a change but wanting to continue utilising her expertise, she joined Bespoke Careers in 2013, initially recruiting and resourcing within the architecture team. Bianca spent some time working in our London office in 2018 recruiting for interior designers and urban/landscape architects gaining a global approach. She is now a Principal in the Melbourne office managing permanent architecture positions.
