Project Architect/Project Manager
Award-winning international design firm, is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager to join their team NYC team.

An award-winning design firm with a dynamic range of international projects is looking for a well-rounded Project Architect to join their team. This firm specializes in cultural, high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects in all phases of design and production, from concept to completion.
- Work alongside Principal and lead a team of architects in all phases of design and production, from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues.
- Design custom architectural details for interiors as well as core & shell.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including staffing, budgets and schedules.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 8 years of exceptional design and project management experience including ground-up construction and detailing (interior & core and shell)
- Extensive experience through all phases of design and construction, from concept to CA.
- License is a plus but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience with Revit, 3D Max and Rhino is a plus.
- Other software such as Revit, 3D Max and Rhino are a big plus.
