This vibrant, cutting edge Architecture and Interior Design studio specialises in boutique multi-residential, high-end townhouses, private residences as well as larger commercial and mixed-use projects across Victoria. The group is not top-heavy; this is a studio where team members are encouraged to develop themselves in their own areas of passion and expertise. A team who works as a team and seeks team players!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with high end multi-residential, private resi and hospitality projects
- Assist with developing concept design, alongside Senior IDs, PLs, Associates and Directors
- Prepare and contribute to outstanding concept presentations
- Liaise with team members, consultants and third party vendors/builders
- Assist interiors team with ensuring project outcomes and timeframes are achieved
Skills & Experience
- Interior Design or Interior Architecture/Drafting degree
- Min 3 years post grad experience
- Portfolio of high-end residential and hospitality projects preferred
- Revit proficiency essential
- Experience in 3D conceptual resolution preferred
- All-rounder skillset – design sensibility + technical aptitude
- Proficiency in construction knowledge and on-site admin beneficial
- Effective communication and organisation skills
- Mature approach with the ability to work autonomously
