Graphic Designer - Luxury Developer & Lifestyle Brand

The group has recently experienced rapid growth within sectors beyond residential such as hotels, private clubs, hospitality and leisure. This is the chance you’ve been waiting for as a Graphic Designer! You will be responsible and accountable for the design of custom, brand oriented digital and printed collateral.
Key responsibilities
In this role you will be able to let your passion for luxury aesthetic shine! Working with the Development and Design teams, your role will see you designing collateral for client presentations, marketing, and sales. You will maintain consistent high standards, including high attention to detail, creating unforgettable material, defined by high quality and beauty in every detail.
- The Preparation and coordination of Design Presentations for internal and external use as required
- The Preparation of EOI & Project Tendering Submissions, including project Vision and Identity Presentations
- The Preparation and coordination of Project Marketing Collateral, including but not limited to Briefing documents, Marketing Floorplates & Plans, Brochures, EDMs etc
- The preparation of Documents required to facilitate the Sale of apartments including but not limited to; Bespoke Apartment Presentations, Valuation Reports, Furniture Pack Reports etc
- The coordination of external consultants including but not limited to Graphic Designers, Branding Consultants etc
- To prepare and manage a suite of templates and documents that can be adopted across the business
- Identify opportunities and manage Graphic Design work which is currently undertaken by external consultants.
Skills & experience
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Have an exceptional professional working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with PowerPoint is a plus
- Proficiency in typography, logo design and layouts
- Understanding of the brand and ability to integrate it throughout marketing collateral
- Exceptional taste in look and feel imagery
- Maintain consistently high standards including a high attention to detail combined with a passion for the luxury aesthetic
- Be able to work under pressure, including within a fast turnaround, deadline driven environment
- Ability to write copy
- The ability to edit and manipulate Architectural Layouts and Imagery graphically will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Be able to collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
