Reporting directly to the Sr. Project Manager, the Project Manager will track project budgets and schedules, monitor project deliverables, assist in preparing architectural contracts, oversee the incorporation of programmatic and engineering requirements into project design, and coordinate the project approvals process with public agencies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of industry experience, a license to practice architecture in California, thorough knowledge of building codes and industry standards, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Deltek, as well as an understanding of design toold like Rhino or Sketchup.
