Collaborative, dedicated and with excellent communication skills this role presents a magnificent opportunity for the right person to work with a forerunner in the global cosmetics industry. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the core of the brands DNA and interpret this knowledge through all design decisions
  • Work with all markets globally, collaborating and communicating to ensure high standards of caliber and coherence
  • Develop fixtures, brand standards and elevated tools
  • Make a meaningful and ongoing contribution to the in-house design manual and fixture standards to distribute to external consultants and internal teams
  • Continually evolve store design ideas and concepts to meet new needs
  • Display a high level of proficiency in 2D drawing, especially detailing of fixtures and material intersections
  • Generate presentations of 3d concepts to explain design intent



Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, store design, or industrial design and hold a bachelors degree
  • A bright personality, an interest in store design and the beauty/luxury industry
  • Skills and knowledge to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Balance specific experience of retail design with the receptiveness to new ideas and the  ability to multi-task
  • Creativity and the confidence to explain your intent and follow through with the design production
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp

After moving to New York in 2004 he worked for Leven Betts and 1100:Architect before beginning his own design consultancy, working on a variety of projects from single family homes to exhibition designs and retail environments. In 2019 Tim joined Bespoke Careers as a consultant on the interiors team, applying his extensive knowledge of the architecture, interior design and construction industries in New York City.
