Los Angeles multidisciplinary firm is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with high-end residential and hospitality experience join their team in LA! Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client presentations
- Prepare all contract documents and drafting all FF&E and Interior Specifications
- Project management - maintaining budgets and project timelines
- Knowledge of furniture, rug and accessory sourcing - including custom designs
- Construction administration knowledge is a must
- Must be willing to travel to installations, furniture manufactures and model rooms as needed
Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 year' professional experience in high-end residential or commercial/hospitality design
- Contribute to studio culture with design ideas, technical resources and leadership
- Self-motivated, able to collaborate seamlessly with clients, other designers, vendors etc.
