About the Role

A fun and passionate Workplace team is looking for Interior designers and specifically Senior Interior Design Project Managers for their Los Angeles and San Francisco offices! You will serve as a client contact and keep a small team on track and on-time with deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a happy-go-lucky personality that loves communication, people, and organization!

A portion of this role will also be business development and trying to win more projects through great customer service and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

-Responsible for the delegation and coordination of all project administrative, creative, and technical goals up to execution

-Create plans for project success, including, agreements and scope of project, project schedule, and project fee budget.

-Manage budgets & fees, schedules, project communications and documentation

-Participate in Staffing meetings and project team assignments

-Manage all consultant contracts and overall coordination with the architectural team.

-Oversee younger designers and ensure technical Q/A is implemented throughout project


Skills and Experience

-10+ years Workplace Design Experience

-Experience in managing full-scale office design projects

-Great customer service and communication skills

-Excitedly mentor younger designers

-Previous experience and strong knowledge of OSHPD mandatory.

-Nice to know Revit basics
