About this role:
Dynamic architecture firm located in Los Angeles and San Diego is seeking a multi-talented project manager to join their team! This individual will manage multiple projects from inception through completion including all design phases, client interaction, schedule and financial performance. 

Key responsibilities:

Lead in all phases of design, from concept to completion Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with the project team, consultants, and contractors Delegate work and mentor junior staff members Research products and specifications Oversee documentation and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously

Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience Bachelor or master's degree in architecture Architectural license is required LEED accreditation is a plus Proven track record as a Project Manager with projects involving work through all phases from contract negotiation until completion Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong 3D modeling skills (Sketchup, Rhino, Revit) Previous experience in leadership roles  Proficient with rendering software such as Enscape, Vray, and 3D Studio Max Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
