Offsite Construction Summit: Los Angeles 2026
A one-day summit in Los Angeles bringing together architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and policymakers to explore the capabilities of offsite and modular construction as a solution to California's housing shortage.
Qualified attendee rate: Architects, engineers, owners, developers, and government officials who specify construction projects qualify for the $199 registration rate, the lowest available.
Offsite and modular construction has moved from the margins of the industry to the centre of conversations about housing supply, sustainability, and construction efficiency. As California grapples with an acute housing shortage, the Offsite Construction Summit arrives in Los Angeles for a single-day event designed to connect architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and policymakers with the manufacturers and suppliers leading the shift to factory-built homes.
The programme includes a series of presentations and panel discussions covering the capabilities of offsite construction to deliver housing at scale, from multifamily projects to alternative dwelling units. An exhibit hall runs throughout the day providing direct access to modular and prefab manufacturers, with a networking reception closing out the afternoon. The summit is presented by the Offsite Construction Network and supported by the Modular Building Institute. The full speaker programme and session details are to be announced.
The summit takes place on 23 June 2026 at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport, 5711 West Century Boulevard, conveniently located near LAX and Interstate 405.
