Meet our team
Our team are passionate about the architecture and design industry, and the people who work within it.
When Lindsay founded Bespoke Careers in 2004 she made herself a promise; her business would always put people first and do whatever possible to help them achieve their goals.
Jimmy joined Bespoke Careers in 2006 having previously worked in operations for several major retail brands including, Jigsaw, GAP and Monsoon Accessorize.
Krista trained as an architect at Sydney University and practised in the city before moving to London. She joined Bespoke Careers London in 2007 and returned home in 2009 to launch our Sydney office, based in Surry Hills.
Prior to joining Bespoke in 2011, Georgie was a registered architect and worked with architecture practices in Adelaide and Melbourne on education, commercial and multi-residential projects.
Gary Sheldrake is Managing Director of Bespoke Careers New York and California. With more than 20 years’ experience recruiting in the architecture and interior design sector, he has built and led high performing teams across the world.
Lucy worked as an architectural assistant at Lewandowski Architects before joining Bespoke Careers in 2010 as a recruitment consultant. She advanced to head the architecture team and later became head of recruitment & client relations.
