Sydney Build Expo 2027
Sydney's two-day construction and design show at ICC Sydney, Darling Harbour, with 700 exhibitors, 750 speakers and 16 CPD stages and workshops for architects, specifiers and builders

Sydney Build Expo returns to the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour on 28 and 29 April 2027, filling Halls 1 to 4, 6 and 7. Organiser Oliver Kinross expects more than 700 exhibitors and 28,000 attendees from architecture, construction, engineering and government. Doors open at 9am both days, with networking running to 7pm on the Wednesday.
The programme has 13 CPD conference stages and three workshops, with more than 750 speakers in total. Stages include Architecture and Design, Future Housing, Sustainability, AI and Digital Construction, Modern Methods of Construction, Building Solutions and Materials, and an International Construction Stage. The floor is split into zones, including a dedicated Architecture and Design zone, and the Sydney Build Bar hosts an After-Build Party. Registration of interest is open on the organiser’s site.
For Sydney architects and specifiers the Architecture and Design stage and zone concentrate two days of product contact and CPD hours in a single building at Darling Harbour. The scale means the floor is shared with the broader construction trade, so it rewards a planned visit rather than a wander.
