Grand Designs Live London 2027
The live exhibition of the Grand Designs television series, returning to ExCeL London for four days of exhibitors, show homes and expert talks for self builders and renovators

Grand Designs Live London 2027 runs at ExCeL London from 30 April 2027 to 3 May 2027. Organised by Media 10 under licence from FremantleMedia, it is the live exhibition of the Grand Designs television series and is one of two Grand Designs Live shows held in the UK each year, the other at the NEC in Birmingham. It is a consumer show aimed at self builders, renovators and homeowners.
The 2026 Birmingham edition featured more than 400 exhibitors, over 100 expert talks and four feature hubs covering Sustainability, Kitchen and Bedroom, Home and Garden, and Build and Renovation, plus The Grand House, a show home split into kitchen, living, exterior, hallway, utility and decarbonisation areas. Details of the London 2027 exhibitor list and ticket prices had not been published at the time of writing.
For architects and interior designers working in residential, this is a show full of prospective clients rather than peers. The talks programme and the pre bookable expert consultations are among the few places architects speak to self builders and renovators directly, at scale, over a long weekend.
