A’26 MN: The Minnesota Conference on Architecture
AIA Minnesota's annual three-day conference at the Depot Renaissance Hotel in Minneapolis, with continuing education sessions, a 115-vendor exhibit hall and an awards celebration

A’26 MN is AIA Minnesota’s annual state conference on architecture, held each November in downtown Minneapolis. The 2026 edition runs from 9 to 11 November at the Depot Renaissance Hotel, the converted Milwaukee Road rail depot. It brings together architects, designers and product suppliers from across the state for three days of education, exhibits and receptions.
The programme is made up of continuing education sessions, with keynote and concurrent session topics chosen by the conference CE committee, and attendees can earn up to 15 professional development hours towards licensure and AIA membership. An exhibit hall with 115 vendors runs alongside, with receptions and an Awards Celebration during the three days. Pre-registration closes on 2 November 2026 and a discounted room rate is available at the hotel.
For Minneapolis architects, this is the most efficient way to bank a year’s continuing education hours in one trip while meeting the manufacturers’ reps who serve the Twin Cities market. The awards evening also sets out which local projects and practices the chapter is recognising this year.
