The Bartlett Summer Show is a prestigious annual exhibition hosted by The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. This event highlights the work of over 900 undergraduate and postgraduate students from programmes including Architecture BSc, Architecture MArch, and Architectural & Interdisciplinary Studies BSc.
Spanning six floors of the school’s Bloomsbury campus, the exhibition showcases architectural models, drawings, multimedia installations, films, and digital fabrications. The show provides an immersive exploration of contemporary design and a platform for discussing architecture’s role in shaping our built environment. A concurrent digital exhibition broadens the event’s reach to a global audience.
Typically, the Summer Show launches with a celebratory evening event featuring live music, food, and networking opportunities. Public events, such as student-led guided tours and thematic workshops, are also part of the programme, ensuring the show appeals to a wide audience of professionals, academics, and enthusiasts.
