Bespoke Careers ‘Refer a Friend’ Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Referrers must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

Referred candidates must:

  • Have relevant experience in architecture or design recruitment

  • Not have previously applied or worked with Bespoke Careers

  • Meet the requirements of the specific recruitment role being hired for

2. Program Details

Referral rewards will be issued for successful placements of referred candidates into:

  • Permanent or contract recruitment consultant positions within Bespoke Careers

The $2,000 AUD reward is contingent upon:

  • Successful placement in a qualifying recruitment role

  • The candidate completing a full qualifying period of 12 weeks

  • Verification of the candidate’s professional experience and credentials

3. Referral Submission

Referrals must include:

  • A detailed professional background of the referred candidate

  • Evidence of recruitment experience in the architecture or design sectors

Submissions must be made through:

  • The official Bespoke Careers referral form

  • Verified professional networking channels with explicit consent from the referred candidate

4. Reward Conditions

  • The referral reward is $2,000 AUD (or equivalent in the currency of the referred candidate’s local office, based on exchange rates on the payment day)

  • Payment will be processed within 30 days of the candidate completing the qualifying period

  • The reward is non-transferable and paid via company-approved payment methods

  • Only one reward will be paid per unique candidate referral

Bespoke Careers reserves the right to:

  • Verify all professional credentials

  • Reject referrals that do not meet strict role criteria

  • Investigate any suspected fraudulent referrals

5. Exclusions

Ineligible referrers include:

  • Recruitment professionals working at other recruitment agencies

  • Individuals with a direct conflict of interest

Non-qualifying referrals include:

  • Temporary or freelance roles

  • Candidates already in the Bespoke Careers database

6. Program Modifications

Bespoke Careers may:

  • Modify program terms

  • Adjust reward amounts or payment structures

  • End the program with 30 days’ notice

Changes will only apply to future referrals.

7. Privacy and Professional Confidentiality

All submitted professional information will be:

  • Handled with strict confidentiality

  • Processed in line with professional recruitment standards

  • Used only for recruitment purposes

Candidate and referrer data will be protected under:

  • Applicable privacy regulations

  • Industry best practices

8. Professional Verification

All referred candidates must:

  • Provide proof of relevant professional recruitment experience

  • Submit verified credentials where applicable

  • Consent to background and credential checks

By participating, referrers and candidates acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
