This evening format brings together architecture students and recent graduates in a structured speed‑mentoring setting guided by experienced practitioners with diverse career paths.
Participants rotate through short, focused conversations in an environment that encourages candid discussion around professional trajectories, workplace equity, practice culture and mentorship.
The event aims to cultivate supportive peer networks and enduring mentorship connections through tightly‑curated, small‑group interaction followed by informal mingling. It is led by Claire Oh, Jun Seong Park, Coco Chen and Sylvia Lu and will host 22 mentors from six leading studios, including BVN, Bates Smart, Grimshaw, Cox and HDR.
