Aisha Ballesteros and Javier Sanchez, co-founders and partners of JSa Architecture, lead a lecture exploring the studio’s urban and architectural methodology. Their practice emphasises strategic interventions that contribute to the reconversion, rehabilitation, and restoration of the urban fabric, guided by research-led design and multidisciplinary collaboration. With over three decades of built work across Mexico, South America and Europe, the presentation will reflect on critical projects and the role of architecture in addressing social, urban, and environmental challenges.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the perspectives that have shaped JSa’s portfolio and the ways in which architectural practice can influence contemporary urban conditions. A reception precedes the event.
