Future Leaders 2026 is a structured leadership development programme tailored to early career professionals within architecture and allied disciplines. Delivered by experienced leadership coaches, communication specialists, and industry thought leaders, the programme combines interactive workshops, live online sessions, and in-person engagement to build confidence and core leadership skills.
Participants explore key themes including leading self, leading teams, and leading projects and business. Through industry-focused training and peer-to-peer learning, delegates work towards a personal leadership action plan and build professional networks. The programme offers practical tools and insight to support the next step in professional leadership development.
