Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet candidates
- Manage candidate applications
- Run daily Team Reviews
- Write inspiring, clear job ads
- Provide general office admin support
- Undertake database and LinkedIn searches
- Nurture candidate relationships
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the Architecture or Design industry, with relevant qualifications (preferred)
- Proficiency in Bullhorn or a CRM (bonus)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proactive and driven outlook
- Organised and meticulous approach, with the ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
