The fair is staged across three floors of the WSA building in downtown Lower Manhattan, a former corporate tower re‑imagined as a luminous, flexible venue. Exhibitors span high‑end brands, galleries and emerging studios, offering a varied yet cohesive view of contemporary home and collectible design.
The fair aims to function as both a trade‑oriented and public showcase, reflecting the founders’ ambition to blend professional engagement with cultural and aesthetic discovery.
