AILA WA Landscape Architecture Awards 2026
The Australian Institute of Landscape Architects WA Chapter celebrates outstanding landscape architecture projects across Western Australia, recognising work that enhances public spaces, urban environments, and natural landscapes.

The AILA WA Landscape Architecture Awards recognise the best landscape architecture projects across Western Australia, from large-scale public realm interventions and urban parks to intimate residential gardens and ecological restoration works. Presented by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects WA Chapter, the awards bring together practitioners, clients, and students for a night that celebrates the full breadth of the discipline.
Landscape architecture is an increasingly vital component of Australia’s built environment conversation — from climate-responsive urban design to the integration of indigenous plant knowledge in public spaces. The WA awards reflect this evolution, with categories that reward not just aesthetic achievement but environmental performance, community engagement, and long-term place-making.
