Data in Practice is the first event in Parlour’s new Talks series, addressing the power of data in shaping equity within the architecture profession. This session focuses on recent pay gap data published by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and explores how this information can serve as a catalyst for meaningful industry reform.
Hosted by Justine Clark and Alison McFadyen, the discussion features Mary Wooldridge, CEO of WGEA, and Merilyn Speiser, HR specialist and founder of Catalina Consultants.
Together, the panel will interpret the implications of the data for architecture practices of all sizes. Attendees will gain insight into transparency measures, benchmarking, and organisational strategies that support gender equity.
The event is aimed at professionals committed to leveraging data to address structural inequality in the built environment sector.
