Design Doha Biennale 2026 is a curatorially driven exhibition series that spans multiple cultural institutions, galleries, and public spaces across Doha, presenting a diverse programme of exhibitions, installations, talks, and awards. Organised by Qatar Museums, the biennale foregrounds design practices from the Middle East, North Africa, and beyond, exploring contemporary themes including cultural identity, materiality, sustainability, and urban futures.
The programme integrates works from architecture, product design, graphic design, craft, and digital media, fostering dialogues between regional practitioners and international audiences. Exhibitions and events are staged in a network of venues, allowing for contextual engagement with Doha’s urban fabric and architectural heritage.
The biennale also includes the Design Doha Prize celebrating outstanding design contributions.
