GBCA TRANSFORM 2027
The Green Building Council of Australia's two-day conference on net zero, nature-positive and circular design at Doltone House Darling Island, Sydney, for senior property, construction and design people

The Green Building Council of Australia holds TRANSFORM, its annual two-day conference, at Doltone House Darling Island in Pyrmont, Sydney, on 9 and 10 March 2027. The event draws more than 620 senior attendees from property, construction, government and design, including the architects and sustainability leads responsible for Green Star projects.
The 2027 agenda covers climate change and the net zero transition, a nature-positive future, circular design and material innovation, through panel discussions, case studies and working groups. More than 100 speakers take part. The 2027 line-up is yet to be announced. In 2026 speakers included Marco Lambertini of the Nature Positive Initiative, Jefa Greenaway of Greenaway Architects, Josephine Sukkar of Buildcorp and GBCA chief executive Davina Rooney. Tickets are not yet on sale and GBCA is taking registrations of interest.
TRANSFORM is where Sydney’s developers, government clients and consultants set out what they expect from the next round of Green Star projects. For architects it is a useful read on client priorities a year or two before those priorities appear in a brief.
