Join Parlour for a discussion on harassment and bullying in architecture, based on the STOP! Survey findings.
Gill Matthewson, Justine Clark and Merilyn Speiser will present data from over 1,000 respondents collected in late 2024 and explore the prevalence, impact and possible responses to bullying and sexual harassment in the profession.
The findings highlight impacts on wellbeing, safety, career trajectories, and reveal widespread lack of understanding about legal obligations, definitions and how to respond. The event emphasises the need for sustained, structural change and aims to initiate collective action.
