Healthy City Design 2026 convenes practitioners, researchers and decision-makers to examine how the built environment shapes population health and wellbeing.
The programme is structured around keynote talks, panel discussions, workshops and curated presentations spanning housing, mobility, public realm and urban governance.
Hosted at Lowry in MediaCity, Salford, the congress positions design and planning alongside policy and investment considerations, with a parallel exhibition supporting industry exchange.
The event is organised by SALUS Global Knowledge Exchange in collaboration with The Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at the Royal College of Art, with an option to attend via a live virtual stream.
