The Vine – Sydney Autumn brings together architecture students, recent graduates, and experienced practitioners for an evening of informal mentoring focused on equity, inclusion, and professional growth.
Hosted by AJC Architects and led by a team of emerging professionals, the event creates a supportive environment where participants engage in short, focused conversations with mentors from leading Australian practices including BVN, Hassell, FJC Studio, HDR, and AJC.
The program invites open discussion on the realities of entering the profession, navigating career pathways, and fostering inclusive work cultures. With 22 mentors representing six studios, this session highlights personal experience as a powerful resource in shaping a more equitable future in architecture.
