Interiors Project Manager

A global architectural firm seeks an Interiors Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate interiors. They will manage all aspects of client and team relationship in collaboration with Project Principal, Designer, and Architect and be responsible for the coordination and administration of multiple projects from conception to completion. They will understand design philosophies and current trends including workplace design, space planning, documentation, furniture specifications, general materials, and finishes. This includes advanced knowledge of planning, programming and design principles and also anticipating the technical implications of design decisions. They will oversee the execution of project documents ensuring quality control and completion through thorough reviews of shop drawings, etc. Previous experience in the CA phase is essential (e.g. RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders). They will prepare and negotiate client and consultant proposals, fees, schedules, and contracts and act as the main contact maintaining successful existing client relationships while building new client relationships.
