Senior Interior Designer

A passionate, vibrant and supportive design firm is looking to bring on a Senior Level Interior Designer to join their creative Interior Design team that predominantly focuses on hospitality, retail and residential design work. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience and will be someone who can generate and spearhead their work with very minimal supervision, while reporting to the Team Leader. The right candidate should be fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up and be a very good black and white hand sketcher. Other skills in additional 3D rendering programs will be a plus. The candidate for this role is someone who can easily coordinate with vendors and contractors as well as facilitate all FF+E sourcing, while working on multiple projects at once at different phases of production. It is also a requirement that the person in this role is capable of putting together a full Construction Documentation Set as well as a FF+E Spec Set. The role will not require this production all the time, but the team must be assured that the designer knows how to facilitate this production with more junior team members.
