About this role
Our client are a high level architectural interior Acoustic Products company, working across the education, residential and commercial sectors. Meticulously crafted products that have a sculptural, artistic aspect, they are experts with deep connections in the A&D industry.
Due to growth within the company, they are seeking an experienced Senior Level Sales Manager who has high level business development and client relationship skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating sales across all areas of the Architectural and Specifier Market
- Build a strong rapport with key commercial interior designers and premium clients.
- The pursuit and development of sales leads with the ability to close the sale
- Fostering new and existing client relationships
- Attending various industry and networking functions
- Increase sales productivity by consistently reviewing, improving and simplifying the sales process
- Oversee the VIC sales team, whilst leading by example and managing your own accounts
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in sales of interior products (preferred)
- Exposure to developing sales strategy for both B2B and B2C environments
- Experience leading and motivating others within a team
- Well-developed organisational and planning skills
- Being technically minded and able to problem solve on projects
