London Build Expo 2025 stands as the UK’s premier construction event, drawing over 35,000 professionals from sectors including contracting, architecture, civil engineering, development, and local government. The expo offers a comprehensive platform for industry engagement, featuring more than 700 speakers across 12 CPD-accredited conference stages. Key topics encompass skyscrapers and tall buildings, digital construction, fire safety, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, among others.
Attendees can benefit from over 200 hours of CPD training and education, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry advancements. The event also hosts the UK’s largest Festival of Construction, complete with live music, entertainment, and networking opportunities. The Architect’s Hub showcases upcoming projects and 3D models from leading UK architects, providing insights into future architectural developments.
Additionally, the expo facilitates direct engagement with procurement teams from top contractors through the ‘Meet the Buyers’ sessions. Exclusive networking events, co-hosted with leading industry bodies, further enhance opportunities for professional connections. The event also champions inclusivity through dedicated networking events for Women in Construction and Diversity in Construction, supported by an inclusive Ambassador Programme.
