MIPIM – The Global Urban Festival convenes the international real estate and built environment community in Cannes for a week of conferences, exhibitions and industry networking. The event brings together investors, developers, architects, urban planners and public sector representatives to examine the forces shaping cities and property markets worldwide.
Hosted at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, the programme includes panel discussions, keynote lectures and curated networking events that address investment strategies, urban regeneration and the transition to sustainable development. Exhibition areas present large-scale urban projects, architectural proposals and development opportunities from cities and organisations across the globe. By combining market intelligence with project showcases and professional exchange, the forum functions as a key meeting point for decision makers involved in the design, financing and delivery of the built environment.
