UK Construction Week London 2027
A three day construction trade show bringing nine specialist events, including Futurebuild and the National Retrofit Conference and Expo, to ExCeL London

UK Construction Week London 2027 runs at ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock from 11 May 2027 to 13 May 2027, open 10am to 5pm on the first two days and 10am to 4pm on the last. Organised by Media 10, it brings nine specialist events on to one platform, including Futurebuild, the National Retrofit Conference and Expo, Urban Environment, Building Safety, Digitalisation and AI, MMC Plus and the Stone and Surfaces Show.
The organiser’s headline figures are 600 exhibiting brands, more than 20,700 construction professionals, 650 plus speakers and 90 plus industry partners. The combined 2026 programme offered more than 250 hours of CPD accredited content, and the organiser reports almost 47,000 recorded lead interactions for exhibitors. Registration of interest for 2027 is open on the event website.
With Futurebuild now folded in, this is the London date where architects, specifiers and product manufacturers overlap most heavily, and the retrofit, building safety and MMC strands track the regulatory pressures practices are dealing with. For product sales people it is one of the larger specification audiences of the spring in the capital.
