UKREiiF 2027
The UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum returns to Leeds for three days of conference sessions and networking for the built environment

UKREiiF 2027, the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum, runs from 18 to 20 May 2027 at the Royal Armouries and Leeds Dock, with events spread across Leeds city centre. The 2026 edition drew more than 16,000 delegates, and organisers expect over 17,000 in 2027, including more than 4,000 investors and developers.
The three days combine conference sessions with fringe events and networking. The forum brings together property professionals, investors, developers, local authorities, agents, contractors, occupiers and government representatives, with programming covering coastal regeneration, rural placemaking, affordable housing, ports and airports, hospitality and cultural destinations.
For architects and planners working on regeneration and large mixed use schemes, UKREiiF has become a key place to meet the clients, councils and funders behind upcoming projects. Early bird tickets are available through the UKREiiF website.
